About

Ryan Robinson, LMHC

I’ve always been drawn to helping people recognize the strengths within themselves that they may struggle to see—qualities like resilience, empathy, curiosity, and courage. From early on, I knew I wanted to become a therapist and work with both individuals and couples. My goal is to help people feel truly heard and understood while also supporting them in discovering the best version of themselves and moving toward the life they want to live. In our work together, you can expect a space that is respectful, supportive, and honest. I believe therapy works best when there is both compassion and accountability—someone who listens deeply but also helps you challenge patterns that may be keeping you stuck. My approach is flexible and draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, values-based goal setting, and the Gottman Method for couples. Sessions are collaborative and focused on helping you gain insight, build practical tools, and create meaningful change. I primarily work with adults (18+) and couples navigating relationship challenges, life transitions, anxiety, depression, and self-esteem concerns. I have a particular passion for helping couples reconnect and rediscover their spark as friends, partners, and parents. Whether you’re coming to therapy as an individual or as part of a relationship, my goal is to help you feel understood, supported, and empowered to move forward with clarity and confidence.
